My girlfriend and I went into Monarch furnishings because we saw a large storage piece on their website, and thought it would be a great idea for our home. When we got there though we were blown away by the variety and quality of all the pieces, as well as the flexibility and genuine interest that the owner Tony showed. We let him know our needs for our living room, and he immediately helped us find the right size pieces as well as the best prices for what we need. He didn’t try to gouge us to buy the most expensive things, and seemed to want us to get exactly what we needed. Furthermore, after mentioning in passing some ideas for our kitchen’s breakfast seating, he realised he had a similar setup and called his wife so he could show us some pictures of it. He agreed to help us figure out the best size and shape to fit our kitchen, and even call the company that makes them for an estimate, at no cost to us.
